The event is a lunch taking place on Friday 7th March. Guests will enjoy the Italian ambiance of the restaurant while celebrating a global day that honours the political, economic and cultural achievements of women.
Included in a line up of celebrated NZ women artists is Sanderson's Natasha Wright and Katherine Throne. The artists will take part in a panel discussion led by TVNZs Renee Wright.
The emphasis of the event is to celebrate women in the arts, both in the fine art and fashion industries, and will look at how the two industries inspire one another.
This event is also raising funds for the Breast Cancer Foundation of NZ. An artwork from each artist will be for sale and proceeds will go towards this charity.
