White Night in Parnell

For one night only - Saturday 16th March 2013, 6pm-Midnight - White Night will transform Parnell Road with 17 visionary art projects.  Watch the streets and courtyards of the historic village come alive with performance, interactive projects and site-specific installations spread along Parnell Road from Fraser Park to the Holy Trinity Cathedral.


Be captivated by Sian Torrington's monumental nest entwining one of Parnell's iconic trees; get creative with an interactive project that invites visitors to make their own sculpture; engage with the illuminations of 3 amazing light-based works from Art in the Dark; celebrate the night with Brit Bunkley's uncanny dancehall projection; visit site-specific projects from exciting artists including Lang Ea, Ross Forbes, Daphne Simons and Mark O'Donnell, Paul Walsh; and much, much more.


With on-street art ambassadors, bar and restaurant specials and all galleries open until Midnight this is a great night to stay up late in Parnell!
